4.2 Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of services for 3 years.

5.1 Payment terms, including fees, invoicing, and deadlines, will be specified in the agreement between Jafton and the client.

5.2 Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services until payment is made.

6.1 The client agrees to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals necessary for the completion of the project.

6.2 Jafton is not responsible for delays or project interruptions caused by the client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

7.1 Jafton warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

7.2 Jafton does not guarantee the success of apps developed or their compatibility with all platforms unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

7.3 To the extent permitted by law, Jafton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement upon providing written notice as outlined in the project agreement.

8.2 Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work and reimbursable expenses up to the date of termination.

9.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.

9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per the governing law outlined in the agreement.

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

11.1 Jafton reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email and will become effective immediately upon posting.
