Team distribution, calculation of the time that each developer will allocate to the project, redistribution or grouping of developers;

Making calls with clients in difficult situations and in the presence of large projects;

Code Review;

Supervise the work of developers and project managers.

Work experience: more than 6 years;

Excellent knowledge of Python and PHP. Python takes care of 85% of the tasks, and PHP, respectively, 15%;

Understanding of Java and GO;

Knowledge of Flutter, Vue.js, Android and iOS;

Proficiency in English, Russian and Uzbek.
