Step 1: Investigation

During the investigation phase for the Tide Cleaners Mobile app, our focus was on understanding the client's requirements and objectives. We conducted in-depth research to gather information about the specific operating policies of each location to ensure the app's features align with their unique needs. Additionally, we delved into customer preferences and expectations, aiming to create a seamless user experience for tracking orders, viewing past order history and receipts, scheduling pickups, managing customer account information, and receiving automatic notifications for order readiness.

Step 2: Planning

We assembled a dedicated team consisting of two developers, one designer, one QA specialist, and one project manager. For efficient development, we opted for an innovative low-code development tool Flutter Flow, which enabled us to rapidly prototype and build the app with ease. The team collaborated closely to map out the app's functionalities, user flows, and design considerations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for users.

Step 3: Design

Our design team collaborated closely with the Tide Cleaners team using the Figma design tool. With Figma, we were able to create comprehensive and user-friendly designs for both the mobile and tablet versions of the app. We focused on creating intuitive user interfaces, incorporating visual elements and navigation flows that enhance the user experience.

Step 4: Development and testing

Our two skilled Flutter Flow developers were able to rapidly create MVP of the app within a few weeks. Leveraging the advantages of the low-code tool, we easily incorporated new features and tailored the app to meet the specific requirements of Tide Cleaners. The agile development process allowed us to iterate and test the app quickly, ensuring that it met the desired functionality and usability standards. Step 5: Release

In the Release phase of the Tide Cleaners Mobile app, we conducted thorough testing to ensure it met high-quality standards and resolved any identified issues or bugs. Our team prepared the app's listing and metadata, including engaging descriptions, compelling screenshots, and promotional materials, to effectively showcase the app's features and entice users. Once approved by the app stores, the Tide Cleaners Mobile app was officially launched on the App Store and Google Play.
